Breaking News: Tickets Now On Sale for StarTalk Live! at Awesome Con Friday, June 16 at 8PM

We’ve got some breaking news about StarTalk Live at Awesome Con on Friday, June 16 at 8pm. Continuing with our very special lineup, first time StarTalk Live! host Colonel Chris Hadfield will be joined by first time co-host Scott Adsit. Scott’s no stranger to the StarTalk Live! stage, having been a guest comedian at the very first StarTalk Live!, and two others since then. And of course, Chris was also a guest on StarTalk Radio – listen to Social Media in Space with Chris Hadfield here.

In terms of tickets, seating is first come, first served with any Awesome Con ticket. So tickets are actually on sale now!

A Note About Patreon VIP Seats

Because of how Awesome Con is handling tickets, and because they have their own VIP Ticket options that include a book signing, StarTalk Patreon Patrons who are at our VIP Ticket reward Level ($25) will have reserved a section of 30 seats in the first rows only for Patrons. To reserve your VIP seat in this section, please respond to the message we’ll be sending you on Patreon. To be clear: there will be no additional charge for these seats – you only need to purchase a regular admission, not the Aweseme Con VIP package. As always, we will also have a “Meet and Greet” after the show for our eligible patrons. Just purchase any admission and make sure Stacey has your name when she reaches out to you on Patreon.

StarTalk Live! with hosts Colonel Chris Hadfield & Scott Adsit

StarTalk Live!, an award-winning talk show bridging the intersection between pop culture and science with humor and passion, will headline Smithsonian’s Future Con – an event series and science-focused pavilion within Awesome Con, Washington DC’s Comic Con. Colonel Chris Hadfield, who audiences may recognize from his documentation of his time in space via Twitter, and award-winning actor and comedian Scott Adsit (Veep, 30 Rock) will take the stage as co-hosts for this exciting program. StarTalk Live! is open to all Awesome Con ticket holders with first come, first served seating, and attendees have the option to purchase VIP tickets which include guaranteed seating and a book signing with Col. Chris Hadfield coming soon. StarTalk Live! will take place at 8 PM on Friday, June 16 in the Walter Washington Convention Center.
